Help Desk Support
Staffed by competent and friendly staff, our Help Desk team uses its extensive knowledge of network system hardware and common software applications to provide first line IT support to Clients across Scotland.
Operating from 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday, Clients can phone and speak to helpdesk technicians who will provide technical support and troubleshoot problems as necessary.
Clients can log fault calls directly with us either via the web, phone, fax or E-Mail. When a call is received it is immediately logged and registered in our helpdesk system, where our staff will efficiently deal with it.
A staggering 85% of Client problems are resolved remotely by our Support Technicians without requiring a site visit.
We are experienced in supporting most hardware infrastructure products and routinely address issues related to back up devices, network connectivity, routers, firewalls, print devices, mobile devices, PDA’s and internet access.
As a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner we have extensive knowledge of common server and client user applications.
Our schedule of supported software covered under our NetQuest™ Assure service agreement is expanding and currently covers the following products:
