Alchemy Plus has been short-listed as one of 3 finalists in the Most Promising Newcomer category of the 2006 Highland and Islands Business Awards. The winners will be announced at a ceremony to be held at The Drumossie Hotel in Inverness on Tuesday 3rd October where Scotland’s First Minister, The Rt Hon Jack McConnell MSP, will present the awards.

This is the first time Alchemy Plus has entered the competition having only commenced trading in May 2006 after over a year of feasibility studies and preparatory planning.

The Highlands and Islands Business Awards is now in its 21st year. The annual event is jointly sponsored by Ernst & Young, The Press and Journal, Highlands & Islands Enterprise in association with The Highland Council, BT Scotland, Highland Opportunity Limited and ASG Commercial.
